Feedback October 15-19

Some good qualities that leaders have are; being noble, willing to sacrifice, treats others fairly, and takes on responsibility. All these qualities are important to construct a good leader.
To me, anyone who does something important or takes on a helpful role is a leader in the middle school. There for the leaders of the middle school would be people who are in Sribbler, Year Book and other clubs that contribute to our 8th grade.
The people who are in these groups have the qualities of a good leader because they all work together and decide the best decision for the middle school, they also help add something fun to the school days like wacky hair day! Thats why theses groups are the 8th grade leaders!

Way to go Arjun! You did a fantastic job with writing down your thoughts. I would say you have done a great job
presenting your ideas about a true leader. The sacrifice part was truly the best bit. You covered most of the
various different thoughts about leaders. I loved the way in the end, you didn't put just a few people down but you gave names of groups. That was great. Nice Job!!!

Arjun, although I agree with all the ideas you have about being a good leader, have you ever thought that a good leader should be smart and bring everyone in? Have you ever thought that a leader should have some experience in the problem that they are dealing with? Have you ever thought that a good leader should have a loud and commanding voice? I mean think about it, if there was a quiet little leader who has never dealt with the situation before and someone who is a complete dope in school, would be a good leader? Well would that person be a good leader? Huh? I agree that all the qualities of a good leader that you have mentioned are true, but aren't there many more?
